Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Location: Vermont

Position Overview

Join our remote clinical team as a full-time LICSW serving adults in Vermont. You’ll manage a steady caseload and work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, major life changes, and other behavioral health needs. The position provides a consistent schedule and the ability to focus on ongoing client care from a remote setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled one-on-one therapy sessions

• Assess new clients and determine appropriate treatment goals

• Use evidence-based approaches suited to each client’s needs

• Review outcomes and make changes to care plans as needed

• Keep clinical notes and records current

• Connect clients with outside services when additional care is appropriate

• Meet applicable clinical and professional standards

• Active Vermont LICSW license

• Master’s degree in Social Work

• Previous clinical therapy experience

• Comfort working independently in a remote role

• 2 weeks PTO
