We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults, making care more accessible to families across the state. π What You'll Do
You'll provide 15β22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky.
Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00β9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed.
You create your scheduleβwe provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.
Your day-to-day includes:
π©Ί Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
π Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
π» Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
π€ Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators
π Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)
π¨βπ©βπ§ Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

What You'll Earn:
π² $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians

β What We're Looking For
We're seeking clinicians who have:
βοΈ An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
βοΈ Experience working with children, adolescents, and familiesβor a passion for serving this population
βοΈ The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
βοΈ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
βοΈ A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
β Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
