Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, in-person, or hybrid formats.

• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies to support clients.

• Develop personalized care plans based on individual needs.

• Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC).

• Active LPCC license in New Mexico.

• At least two years of experience in this field.

• Effective communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
