Role Overview

Location: Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time position is available for a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor providing outpatient behavioral health services through telehealth. The LPC will manage an assigned caseload, conduct clinical evaluations, provide ongoing counseling, and oversee treatment from intake through follow-up.

The position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently within a remote practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled individual counseling sessions via telehealth

• Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant psychosocial information

• Assess presenting concerns and establish appropriate treatment goals

• Provide counseling for anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, and other behavioral health needs

• Monitor changes in symptoms and overall clinical status

• Review and modify treatment plans when indicated

• Complete progress notes and maintain required clinical records

• Discuss treatment expectations and follow-up care with clients

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC license in Virginia

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field

• Experience providing counseling or psychotherapy to adults, families, or individuals

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems

• Strong written documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical environment

• Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in virtual care

• $115,000–$120,000 per year
