The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our lifecycle team and focus on marketing for our portfolio products, including Notetaker, GPTZero, and others. This team member will play a significant role in growing the business by shipping 0-to-1 campaigns for new products, improving execution processes, synthesizing performance data, deepening relationships across the organization, and supporting user movement between products. You will sit on a well-resourced team with direct access to Marketing Operations, Data Science, Brand, and Creative resources.
We’re looking for someone who is gritty, resourceful, and excited to build something new. You’ll be the first person in this role and, in many ways, will define it. You’re comfortable switching context, working across parallel workstreams, and thriving in an environment with some ambiguity and plenty of room to shape it.
On any given day in this role, you can:
-
Own the day-to-day execution of email and in-app campaigns within our Iterable and HubSpot platforms, including building, scheduling, and testing customer journeys and campaigns.
-
Coordinate cross-functional projects and campaigns between marketing, operations, analytics, and product marketing teams. This includes planning projects, communicating proactively, setting expectations, training, and documenting.
-
Build out experiment and A/B testing opportunities, using a hypothesis-driven approach and ramping up
-
Pull and analyze data and reporting, including campaign-level tracking and sharing hypotheses and insights around top metrics.
-
Manage systems, efficiencies, troubleshooting, and process tweaks to ensure streamlined campaign and program execution
-
Help grow cross-product usage across the Superhuman suite (Grammarly, Go, Docs, Mail, GPTZero, Fathom)
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience with lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, bonus if in a product-led, SaaS, or technology company
-
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, execute work efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
-
Experience working cross-functionally with both marketing and non-marketing teams to unlock new opportunities for efficiency and productivity at scale.
-
Comfort in analyzing and pulling meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
-
Fluency with first principles around email marketing, journey and automation, data analysis, segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and a nuanced understanding of what converts for certain audiences
-
Values a data-informed, experiment-oriented working style, embraces continuous improvement, and aligns with our Superhuman values
-
Experience and excitement using AI to improve your workflows and efficiency
