micro1 is engaging Mathematics Experts to participate in a high-impact customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Review, evaluate, and generate solutions to advanced mathematical problems spanning pure and applied mathematics.

2. Develop detailed, well-structured explanations, proofs, or technical analyses for a range of mathematical concepts and topics.

3. Assess the accuracy, clarity, and rigor of mathematical outputs produced by AI systems, providing actionable feedback for improvement.

4. Create and annotate high-quality, domain-specific datasets to inform model training and benchmarking.

5. Document technical methodologies and communicate complex ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.

6. Collaborate with a remote team of subject matter experts across diverse mathematical disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field.

2. Demonstrated experience authoring research papers, mathematical proofs, or technical reports.

3. Proficiency translating complex mathematical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.

5. Familiarity with current trends, open problems, or applications in mathematics and related fields.

6. Experience reviewing or critiquing mathematical reasoning, logic, or computational solutions.

7. Capability to work independently and manage deliverables in a fully remote engagement.
