• Design students and freshers can apply

• A portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of portfolios).

• Proficiency in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite (software can always be learned on the job, but a strong eye for motion and aesthetics is key!).

• Crafting visually engaging motion experiences that elevate a brand’s digital presence.

• Creating a library of reusable assets and motion elements to streamline workflow and maintain consistency across projects.

• Developing fluid animations and 3D visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas in an impactful way.

• Understanding and executing motion principles like timing, easing, and physics to create seamless interactions and animations.

• Bringing storytelling to life through motion, ensuring a balance between creativity and functionality.

• Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate motion into digital products and brand communication.

• Creating cinematic sequences, micro-interactions, and UI animations that enhance user engagement.

• Performing motion QA and working closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation across different platforms.

• Driving discussions and presenting ideas confidently, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand vision.
