This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys working with people, is coachable, and is driven to succeed. Insurance experience is not required—we're more interested in finding someone who is a great fit for our team and excited to learn.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers with their insurance needs.
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
Learn about insurance products and help customers understand their options.
Support the team with customer service, sales, and general office responsibilities.
Follow up with customers and prospective clients.
Identify opportunities to help customers with additional products and services.
Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
Learn agency systems and processes.
Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.

What We're Looking For

P&C license is a plus, but the agency will pay for licensing for the right candidate.
