About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder to join our growing IT and web development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with freelance platforms, lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

If you have a proven track record of winning projects and building strong, long-term relationships with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.

• Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.

• Research client requirements and create customized, persuasive proposals.

• Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

• Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and other requirements.

• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful deals.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with developers, designers, and other technical team members.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Track bidding activity, leads, conversions, and overall business development performance.

• Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and opportunities within the IT and web development industry.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, business development, lead generation, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Good understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, and digital services.

• Strong proposal-writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work.

• Comfortable working with US/international time zones.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
