Role Summary

Oracle Fusion Finance & HCM BI Developer with 5+ years of experience in developing, supporting, and maintaining BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM environments. Experience supporting financial and HR reporting requirements and operational reporting needs. Ability to work with business users and technical teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and data models across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects) and HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation) modules.
• Write and support SQL and PL/SQL queries for reporting, data extraction, and validation activities.
• Support ERP reporting requirements including GL Balance reporting and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) reports.
• Assist in integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and support E-Invoicing reporting requirements.
• Support bulk data loads, data migration, and data conversion activities.
• Create and maintain Descriptive Flex fields (DFFs) and support OTBI subject area reporting.
• Work with GO URLs for Oracle Fusion report navigation and drilldowns.
• Develop and maintain reports related to Payroll, Timecards, Absence Management, Benefits, and Workers Compensation.
• Design and maintain BI Publisher templates and document layouts including Purchase Orders, Invoice templates, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) forms.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams during testing, deployments, and quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.
• Support compliance and audit reporting requirements including payroll, financial, and internal audit reports.
• Assist with data reconciliation between sub-ledgers and General Ledger.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data discrepancies, and performance concerns.
• Support regression testing activities during Oracle quarterly updates.
• Follow security standards, data privacy requirements, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion subject areas and reporting structures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or HCM reporting development
• Experience supporting Finance and HR reporting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field
