We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Oracle Fusion Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP, Product Data Hub (PDH), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) platforms. As our new Oracle Fusion Developer, you will play a key role in designing and supporting enterprise-grade Oracle Cloud solutions that enable critical business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Product Management, and Supply Chain operations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. What you will be doing: Oracle Cloud Development & Support You will develop, support, and enhance technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem, ensuring reliable and scalable business operations across ERP and Supply Chain Cloud environments. Reporting & Analytics You will design, develop, and maintain OTBI reports and analytics while supporting business users with reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation requirements. Integration Development You will build and support integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), IICS and file-based integration mechanisms. Data Migration & Data Management You will perform data migration activities using FBDI templates, manage files through UCM, support large-volume data loads, and ensure data quality and accuracy across systems. Configuration Support You will support Oracle Cloud configurations, including value sets, flexfields (DFF/EFF), lookups, reference data sets, and custom objects, while working closely with functional teams to meet business requirements. Supply Chain & Product Data Management You will support product and item data management processes within Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, helping maintain accurate and efficient product data structures and business processes. Troubleshooting & Operational Support You will monitor integrations, investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot reporting and configuration issues, and provide production support across multiple environments. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout implementation, enhancement, deployment, and support activities while contributing to technical standards and best practices. We're looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 5–8 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Cloud applications Strong experience in Oracle Fusion technical development, including integrations, reporting, and data migration Experience developing and supporting OTBI reports and analytics Strong understanding of Oracle ERP configuration components, including value sets, flexfields, lookups, and reference data Experience designing and supporting integrations for Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, including complex query development and performance tuning Experience working with REST and SOAP web services Experience performing large-volume data migrations and integrations across enterprise applications Experience working within ERP implementation, enhancement, or support environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Key Technologies Oracle Fusion ERP & SCM Cloud Oracle Cloud Architecture OTBI Reporting & Analytics Oracle SQL REST & SOAP APIs Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) FBDI Data Loads UCM File Management ETL & Data Integration Value Sets Flexfields (DFF/EFF) Configuration Support Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH), including item classes, item attributes, product hierarchies, and product lifecycle management Exposure to Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Product Management, or Planning Experience with Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX) Knowledge of AI-enabled automation, AI agents, or intelligent workflows within enterprise platforms Advanced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and orchestration experience Experience developing extensions, custom applications, or reporting solutions using Oracle APEX Understanding of enterprise integration best practices, security, scalability, and performance optimization Why McGraw Hill?
