Oracle Retail Merchandising Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Oracle Retail professional with 5+ years of experience in implementing, developing and enhancing Oracle Retail Merchandising applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, develop and enhance Oracle Retail applications including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA and ReIM.

• Handle at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

• Drive solutions through development, testing and deployment.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams on requirements, configurations and solution design.

• Apply AI-assisted development tools and practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Oracle Retail Merchandising experience.

• Mandatory end-to-end MFCS implementation experience.

• Strong PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting.

• Oracle APEX development.

• REST APIs, JSON/XML and Kafka.

• Middleware/ESB concepts.

• OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Other Requirements:

• EPFO service history is required for submission.

• Background verification (BGV) will be conducted.

• Vendor fee: Flat ₹30,000 one-time.
