Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Oracle Retail Techno-Functional professional with strong experience in Oracle Retail applications and production support, capable of independently handling L2/L3 incidents, troubleshooting, RCA and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of in-depth experience in Oracle Retail applications: RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, Allocation, etc.

• 3+ years of AMS experience in Oracle Retail applications.

• Strong technical knowledge of Unix scripting, PL/SQL, Pro*C and Oracle Forms/ADF.

• Independently resolve L2/L3 tickets and production incidents within SLAs.

• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.

• Manage batches, critical paths and batch schedulers.

• Monitor batch processes, interfaces and data flows.

• Support releases, smoke testing and post-production validation.

• Identify automation and operational efficiency opportunities.

• Reduce recurring incidents through preventive actions.

• Work flexibly across shifts.

• Experience with Jira stories, GitHub and DevOps.

Requirements:

• Strong Oracle Retail techno-functional expertise.

• Hands-on production support and incident management experience.

• Good troubleshooting, RCA and deployment knowledge.

• EPFO history screenshot required at submission.

• BGV will be conducted post selection.

• Limited-budget requirement; vendor one-time fee: ₹30,000.
