About Inscribe
At Inscribe, we're on a mission to catch fraud with confidence. In 2017, we set out to build the first document fraud detection product. Today, we process millions of applications each year and work with many of the leading fintechs and banks across the U.S. We believe the game of cat-and-mouse in fraud requires a fundamentally new approach. With care for our customers, attention to detail, and grounded execution, we’re reimagining how fraud is detected and prevented.
Inscribe is trusted by leading banks and fintechs, including Coinbase, Plaid, Bluevine, and Ramp. Inscribe is backed by Threshold Ventures, Uncork Capital, Y Combinator, Crosslink Capital, and Foundry, and is headquartered in San Francisco, CA.
The Opportunity
Inscribe is seeking our first dedicated Partnerships Lead to build and scale a partner-sourced revenue channel. You will be a core member of our GTM team, working across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Legal to source, close, and grow partnerships across our four models: referral, white-label, reseller, and integration. You'll own the partner relationship end to end, from first conversation through signature through ongoing enablement and support. This is a high impact role with the mandate to build partnerships into a repeatable, quota-carrying revenue motion. We have ambitious goals as a company that are dependent on distribution beyond direct sales, and in turn dependent on a strong partnerships function.
Responsibilities
-
Source and qualify new partnership opportunities across referral, white-label, reseller, and integration models, prioritizing core banking platforms, loan origination systems, fraud and KYC orchestrators, and credit bureaus
-
Own the partner sales process end to end: NDA, business case, technical and integration review, commercial terms, and contracting, working closely with Legal on agreement terms and Engineering on integration scope
-
Carry a partner-sourced pipeline and revenue quota, and report on progress the way our AEs report on theirs
-
Manage the ongoing relationship with signed partners: regular syncs, unblocking issues on both sides, and driving renewal and expansion conversations as volume and use cases grow
-
Partner with Marketing to plan co-marketing, partner announcements, and enablement materials such as battlecards and train-the-trainer decks
-
Act as the voice of the partner within internal team discussions, and feed competitive intel, feature gaps, and partner feedback back to Product
About You
-
4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a quota-carrying sales role, ideally at a B2B fintech or SaaS company
-
You have exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, and you're comfortable closing a deal yourself, not just managing one someone else signed
-
You are obsessed with finding the right partner fit rather than chasing every logo
-
You are relentlessly resourceful in unblocking a stalled deal or a quiet partner
-
A true team player and enjoy working with cross-functional teams
-
You are a natural communicator with an ability to represent Inscribe externally and rally internal stakeholders around a partnership
-
Experience in the fintech, banking, or fraud space
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role range from $205K–$255K, with a competitive base salary and commission structure, plus accelerators for top performance. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and internal equity considerations across the team. This role will also be hybrid - three times per week.
Benefits
At Inscribe, we are building a company and culture where everyone can produce their best work. Here are a few of our benefits and perks:
-
Competitive salary and meaningful equity
-
Comprehensive healthcare
-
Unlimited vacation policy
-
401(k) and pension plans
