Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to own KodeKloud’s paid growth end to end, from strategy and budget allocation to P&L across Google, Meta, and experimental channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can architect paid from the ground up and hold the line on ROAS while scaling spend efficiently.
-
6+ years in performance or paid marketing, with hands-on ownership of Google and Meta at scale, and ideally experience with experimental channels like Reddit and X.
-
Proven track record of hitting and stabilizing ROAS and CAC targets while managing significant paid budgets with direct P&L accountability.
-
Deep expertise in account architecture, audience segmentation, and full-funnel campaign design across awareness and conversion.
-
Strong analytical skills across forecasting, attribution, budget pacing, and reporting to leadership.
-
Comfort partnering with creative, content, and product teams to turn briefs into high-performing campaigns.
-
Experience marketing to engineers, DevOps, Cloud, or AI practitioners, or to technical or SaaS audiences, is a strong plus.
-
Own end-to-end paid strategy, budget allocation, and P&L across Google, Meta, and experimental channels such as Reddit and X, with accountability for a stabilized 3 to 4x ROAS.
-
Rebuild the paid account architecture from scratch, including logical campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and clear separation of awareness versus mid-funnel conversion campaigns.
-
Lead the agency-to-in-house transition, taking over the current agency’s scope and building internal processes, playbooks, and reporting from the ground up.
-
Set and monitor the core metrics, including ROAS, CAC, paid sign-ups, and mid-funnel conversion, and report forecasts and results to leadership on a regular cadence.
-
Run structured experimentation on new channels, audiences, and formats, cutting what doesn’t hit the ROAS bar and scaling what does.
-
Partner with content, design, product, and lifecycle teams to align paid campaigns with launches, offers, and the broader funnel.
-
Own landing page and conversion strategy for paid traffic, working with design and web to lift conversion rates and reduce CAC.
-
Own the paid creative testing loop, systematically experimenting with hooks, formats, visuals, and messaging angles, then scaling the variations that lift ROAS and retiring fatigued ones.
-
Partner with design and content to keep a steady pipeline of fresh ad creative, using performance data to guide each new round of concepts and iterations.
-
Manage budget pacing across channels, forecasting spend and reallocating toward the highest-performing campaigns.

-
New channels and experiments are tested rigorously, with winners scaled and underperformers cut quickly.
