JD: Min 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering – Soak, Load, Stress Tests. Strong hands-on experience with Neoload and Jmeter Proficiency in scripting for Web, API, and DB layers using Neoload 5+ years demonstrated experience with Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, and other APM tools. Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and identifying bottlenecks. Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Eclipse/IntelliJ/Source Code. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to work independently and deliver in a remote setup.
