Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned Power BI Analyst to join its (null) department. The role focuses on translating complex data into compelling visual stories, building intuitive, accessible dashboards, and integrating them into SharePoint reporting portals. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business objectives while adhering to UI/UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create end‑to‑end Power BI solutions, from data model design to interactive visualizations.
• Develop UX‑focused design documents, mockups, and prototypes for dashboards.
• Implement advanced DAX calculations for dynamic measures such as YoY growth and moving averages.
• Apply visual best practices, including appropriate chart types, color‑blind friendly palettes, and conditional formatting.
• Configure navigation elements (buttons, bookmarks, slicer sync) to deliver an application‑like experience.
• Build and maintain SharePoint reporting portals, including page layout and navigation structures.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback from business and end‑users.
• Document data sources, transformation logic, and dashboard usage guidelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders across global teams.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve dashboard quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and high‑quality dashboard implementation.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL‑300) certification or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in DAX, data modeling, and Power BI visual customization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and UX design principles.
• Experience with Azure SQL or other cloud data platforms is a plus.
• Professional certifications in design, HCI, or data storytelling are desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Track record of delivering SharePoint‑integrated reporting solutions.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best‑practice adherence.
