The Role

We're seeking a Product Manager with a strong passion for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making to own the full product lifecycle at Science & Humans. This role partners closely with engineering, design, clinical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver innovative hormone health solutions, from market research and roadmap planning through execution and post-launch optimization. In this role, AI isn't a side skill, it's core to how you research, spec, prototype, and QA product work day to day.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Execution

• Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap; translate goals into measurable OKRs
• Conduct competitive analysis and user research
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, clinical, and design teams
• Craft user stories and acceptance criteria; bridge D2C and B2B2C channel requirements
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and releases
• Define MVPs and validate product-market fit
• Prioritize by user impact and clinical outcomes; run usability tests and A/B experiments
• Define and track KPIs (engagement, retention, NPS); build and monitor reporting dashboards
• Present roadmaps to the COO and CPO; gather input from clinicians and partners
• Other duties, as assigned

AI-Native Product Work

• Run AI-assisted research: use AI tools to synthesize user interviews, market scans, and competitive analysis faster and more rigorously
• Draft PRDs with AI as a first pass, then refine with clinical, engineering, and design input — you own the judgment, AI accelerates the draft
• Build functional prototypes (not just wireframes) using AI-assisted/no-code tools to test concepts with real interactions before committing engineering time
• Design evals to QA what ships, define test cases, success criteria, and structured evaluation methods for AI-powered or AI-assisted features before and after launch

• Provide constructive support, advice, and project rollout updates during leadership meetings

Manager Responsibilities

• Day-to-day team management — time, queries, administrative needs
• Identify and promote high-potential talent
• Regular management of direct reports, 1:1s, appraisals, learning/coaching plans
• Provide leadership to the team

What You'll Bring

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field

Experience

• 3–5+ years of product management experience
• Healthcare, telehealth, or e-commerce background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for research synthesis, PRD drafting, prototyping, and/or eval design, not just familiarity, hands-on practice

Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical mindset capable of linking data insights to product opportunities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Comfortable moving fast with AI tools while maintaining rigor on what actually ships

Specialized Skills

• Agile/Scrum methodologies, user story mapping, Jira or Trello
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR and how they influence product decisions
• Experience with AI/ML or data analytics solutions in a product context, building AI-assisted prototypes and designing evaluation frameworks for AI-powered features preferred
