** Project & Job Management**

• Manage assigned packout, contents cleaning, storage, & pack-back projects from start to finish.
• Review new assignments and ensure job information is complete before work begins.
• Coordinate scheduling, crew assignments, equipment, supplies, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate project timelines and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Monitor jobs for completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify issues or delays early and communicate them to management.

Customer Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers experiencing fire, water, mold, or other property losses.
• Explain the contents restoration process and set appropriate expectations.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Provide regular updates throughout the project.

Adjuster & Restoration Partner Communication

• Communicate with insurance adjusters, restoration companies, property managers, and other project partners.
• Provide updates regarding project status, scheduling, and progress.
• Assist with obtaining approvals when additional work or services are required.
• Maintain strong working relationships with referral partners.
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate member of management.

Crew Leadership & Daily Direction

• Conduct morning job meetings.
• Ensure technicians understand the day's priorities, scope of work, and expectations.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Provide direction and coaching to technicians while maintaining a positive, respectful work environment.
• Ensure employees are following Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ procedures and safety requirements.
• Communicate staffing needs or employee concerns to the General Manager.

iCAT & Documentation

• Ensure contents are properly documented and inventoried in iCAT.
• Review job documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure barcodes, room assignments, descriptions, photos, & status codes are entered correctly.
• Monitor vaults and inventory throughout the cleaning, storage, and pack-back process.
• Ensure jobs are properly updated and documented before moving to the next phase.

Pack-Back & Quality Control

• Coordinate pack-back scheduling and preparation.
• Ensure contents are cleaned, inventoried, approved for delivery, and properly staged.
• Ensure technicians are following pack-back procedures.
• Conduct or coordinate quality-control checks before items leave the warehouse.
• Ensure customers receive their belongings in an organized and professional manner.

Job Closeout

• Confirm all work has been completed.
• Ensure documentation and inventory are complete.
• Communicate completion with the customer, adjuster, & restoration partner as appropriate.
• Assist with final billing documentation and outstanding items.
• Follow up on outstanding customer or project needs.
• Help obtain customer reviews and feedback after successful completion.

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • IICRC Certifications Required:
      • Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
      • Odor Control Technician (OCT)
    • Contents Processing Technician (CPT)
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in contents restoration, mitigation, or related field work
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and train technicians in the field
    • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
    • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, tools, and specialized cleaning equipment
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency response and after-hours as needed
