A Day in the Life: As the Quality Control Field Operations Manager, you'll own the action, leading the day-to-day operations and performance of the local Quality Control Field Operations team. You'll champion continuous improvement, strengthen Monster's quality-first culture, and drive the execution of quality strategies that keep us at the top of our game. From coaching and developing talent to elevating team capabilities, you'll build a high-performing QC organization ready to take on any challenge. Working closely with co-packers, you'll ensure strict adherence to Monster's quality standards and protocols, delivering the highest-quality products consumers expect from the brand every time. The Impact You'll Make: Drive quality culture and strategy through team member training, development and performance management. Lead local team in departmental continuous improvement initiatives and ensure regional operations support ongoing site qualifications, trials for business need, expansion. Delegate departmental work assignments to the local team to ensure business continuity and operational support. Perform new site Quality Control evaluations to determine equipment and process capability. Perform audits of existing production sites to verify compliance with MECQC Guideline requirements, site documentation, and Process controls. Perform new or existing site product or formulation trials and/or attend commercial production to ensure product is manufactured as per MEC Formulation, Mixing Instructions and Quality requirements. Manage site follow ups and investigations for critical quality complaints or audit/trial findings. Perform additional departmental responsibilities as identified and assigned by leadership/management to meet departmental and company needs. Who You Are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Chemistry, Food Science or related field of study or equivalent experience in quality control, quality assurance. 5+ years of experience in food, beverage industry. 5+ years of experience in quality control position. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (focus in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams). Exposure, experience with SAP Quality Module (ECC and S4 HANA) is preferred. Exposure, experience with Smartsheet is a plus. Preferred Certifications: HACCP/PCQI certified preferred. Read our privacy policy here: Privacy Policy
