Quality Engineer

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• 3 to 5 years of experience in integration, scenario, unit, regression, end user and product standard tests in the cloud development environment
• Define test strategy and detailed test plans based on the overall program quality strategy
• Prepare and execute quality assurance activities
• Perform test monitoring and reporting
• Facilitate continuous improvement of test automation practices
• Knowledge of testing in ABAP landscape is good to have

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Good Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in computer science or related technical discipline

• Good knowledge on running various tests like - new functionality, integration, scenario, unit, regression, end user and product standard tests in cloud development environment

• Profound knowledge of test infrastructure, test tools, test case management, test reporting, test scheduling, test automation

• Very high motivation to provide transparency on progress of quality goals

• Good understanding of SAP Development process and ability to work on multiple parallel releases

• Knowledge on API testing tools

• Ability to working in a distributed team

• Work in a scrum-based agile mode
