We are actively seeking a Sales Enablement Technology Analyst to join our team. This remote U.S.–based role reports to the VP of Global Sales Enablement.
Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Technology Analyst is a hands-on member of the Global Sales Enablement team responsible for helping optimize and drive adoption of the sales technology ecosystem and supporting the execution of priority enablement programs.
This role will work across sales technologies, AI-enabled capabilities and integrations to help sellers and managers use available tools more effectively, improve productivity and strengthen sales execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of priority Global Sales Enablement programs and technology initiatives.
- Support and optimize the sales enablement technology ecosystem, including enablement, learning, sales productivity and AI-enabled technologies.
- Drive awareness, enablement and adoption of sales technology capabilities, helping sellers and managers understand what is available, why it matters and how to apply it effectively.
- Develop practical guidance, enablement resources and communications that help sellers and managers incorporate technology into their day-to-day workflows.
- Support platform administration, configuration, testing, releases and ongoing enhancements where applicable.
- Support the rollout of new technologies, capabilities, AI solutions and integrations in partnership with appropriate teams.
- Partner with Global Sales Enablement, IT, Revenue Operations and technology providers to support implementation, adoption and issue resolution.
- Track utilization, adoption and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user experience and increase value realization.
- Support reporting, coordination and execution for priority Global Sales Enablement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales technology, revenue technology, sales operations or a related role.
- Hands-on experience supporting, implementing or driving adoption of sales, enablement or productivity technologies.
- Strong technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms, capabilities and AI-enabled technologies.
- Ability to translate technology capabilities into practical use cases and guidance for sellers and managers.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales enablement, sales productivity, CRM or related technologies; familiarity with platforms such as Highspot, Salesloft, Clari or similar solutions is a plus.
- Experience supporting technology launches, adoption programs, integrations or platform enhancements.
- Experience in a B2B technology, software or services environment.

The general salary range for this type of role is 65k - 95k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
