Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
1. CRM (Salesforce)
- Assist in daily operations of the CRM platform across the related sales team.
- Work with the Business Unit CRM Manager on user management.
- Assist with end-user support for mobile devices including setup and troubleshooting of iPhone and iPad.
- Work with data management tools to add and maintain large amounts of customer data in the CRM.
2. Sales Rep Productivity
- Provide technical support of Salesforce used to measure Sales Rep effectiveness & performance.
- Assist in implementation and daily operations of CRM across sales Team.
- Daily Salesforce user support requests received via support mailbox.
- Data modeling and cleanup to ensure that reports and dashboards accurately reflect current business priorities.
3. IT Support / Planning
- Attend Salesforce core team meetings: Daily/Weekly Planning and Requirement clarification sessions, Weekly/biweekly Retrospectives.
- Active learning of CRM fundamentals.
- Available to respond to daily emails.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program . • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Have at least one (1) year experience in Customer Services, Sales, Marketing or other Business related field. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook). • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish. Should it be included for co-op role as well?) • Be a rising or current Junior or Senior in college or university at the start of the internship or co-op program. (this was included in the internship posting. Should it be included for co-op role as well?) • Previous relevant internships or co-op experience. • Engagement and demonstrated use of a CRM.
