Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. This role works closely with business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce supports business processes effectively and drives productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration5+ Years of relevant experienceManage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, and permission setsConfigure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rulesHandle data management (imports, exports, data cleansing)Configuration & CustomizationCreate workflows, process builder flows, and automationBuild custom reports and dashboardsCustomize Salesforce to meet business needs without codingReporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboardsProvide actionable insights to stakeholdersEnsure data quality and data integrityStakeholder CollaborationWork with business teams to gather requirementsTranslate business needs into Salesforce solutionsProvide training and end-user supportSecurity & ComplianceMaintain data security and access controlsEnsure compliance with company policies and data standardsSystem EnhancementsEvaluate new Salesforce features/releasesImplement improvements to optimize performanceSupport integrations with other systemsQualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field5+ years of Salesforce administration experienceCertifications (Preferred)Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory in most roles)Advanced Administrator (optional but valuable)Technical SkillsStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilitiesExperience with:Flow Builder / Process AutomationReports & DashboardsData Loader / Data Management toolsSoft SkillsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingStrong communication and stakeholder managementAttention to detail and organizationNice-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of Apex, SOQL, or basic development conceptsExperience with integrations (APIs, middleware)Familiarity with Sales Cloud / Service CloudAdditional InformationWhy Version 1?
