 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce CPQ, Billing and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C). The candidate will architect enterprise-scale solutions covering Product Catalog, Product Modeling, Pricing, CPQ, Order Management, Billing and Subscription Management.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design end-to-end RCA/CPQ/Billing & Q2C architecture

• Architect product catalogs, bundles, pricing, discounting and approvals

• Design subscription, usage-based billing, amendments, renewals and proration

• Lead ERP, financial system, payment and tax-engine integrations

• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft/Boomi & event-driven architecture

• Guide Salesforce development pods, integrations and enterprise delivery

• Support AI/GenAI and Agentforce use cases within Q2C

• Drive solution design, documentation, SIT/UAT, deployment and go-live
