At Tenthpin, we have an exciting opportunity for SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Leads looking to further develop within global transformation programmes for some of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies.The successful applicants will possess strong SAP S/4HANA Data Migration experience and will have a passion for delivering high-quality, business-focused solutions within complex SAP environments, contributing to our reputation as one of the recent success stories within the Management Consulting Industry. The OpportunityAs an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead you will work closely with clients, supporting the planning, governance, execution, and validation of large-scale SAP S/4HANA data migration activities across complex global programmes.The role will include but not be limited to:·       Define and support SAP S/4HANA Data Migration strategy and governance. ·       Lead legacy data profiling, analysis, and cleansing activities. ·       Define data mapping and transformation requirements. ·       Coordinate migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Fiori Migration Apps). ·       Support mock loads, dress rehearsals, reconciliation, and cutover activities. ·       Lead data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution. ·       Work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders. ·       Support global SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes within regulated environments.  Your ExperienceYou are an ambitious, client-focused and outcome-driven Data Migration Lead who thrives in complex environments. You have a strong track record guiding clients through large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations and data migrations, bringing structure, clarity and control to complex programmes.You bring:·       10+ years of experience leading global SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation programmes across complex SAP landscapes·       Strong SAP S/4HANA Data Migration experience. ·       At least 2 full SAP project lifecycles with significant migration involvement. ·       Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data. ·       Experience across SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, or Manufacturing. ·       Strong understanding of data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities. ·       Hands-on exposure to SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Fiori Migration Apps). ·       Experience coordinating mock loads and cutover activities. ·       Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ·       Exposure to SAP Data Services, Syniti, SNP, Winshuttle, orand wider ETL tooling would be advantageous. ·       Experience within global consulting or large SAP transformation programmes preferred. ·       Life Sciences or regulated industry experience would be advantageous.  Why TenthpinTenthpin is a Global Consulting and Technology Boutique for the Life Sciences industry.
