Job Summary:

This role focuses on the implementation and management of SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their techno-functional expertise to drive effective process control and risk management initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management modules.
Conduct workshops with business and audit and gather requirements for Process Control and Risk Management implementations
Collaborate with Audit and business teams to ensure compliance and optimize risk management processes.
Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of SAP GRC solutions.
Document and communicate process changes, risk assessments, and control activities clearly and accurately.

Required Qualifications:

An active DoD Secret clearance.
More than 10 years of experience with SAP
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management.
Strong techno-functional expertise, including solution implementation and process optimization.
Experienced with setting up controls framework, manual test of effectiveness (MTOE), continuous control monitoring (CCM), heat map, and tracking of KRI.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Proven track record of successful collaboration with Audit and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in SAP GRC or related fields.
Experience working closely with Audit departments and business process owners.
Advanced understanding of risk assessment and control frameworks.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
