Senior Designer Experience: 3–5 years Employment Type: Full-time-Remote

About the Role We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Designer to develop high-quality visual concepts and digital assets across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent English communication skills, and practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities - Create engaging designs for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. - Translate business requirements and creative briefs into effective visual concepts. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design deliverables. - Use AI tools to support concept development, image generation, content creation, and workflow optimization. - Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and product teams. - Present design concepts and clearly explain creative decisions to clients and internal stakeholders. - Review designs, provide constructive feedback, and guide junior designers. - Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines. - Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven creative practices.

Requirements - 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic, visual, or digital design. - A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools. - Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and content-generation tools. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and layout. - Ability to receive feedback and communicate effectively with clients and team members. - Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, or a digital agency environment is an advantage.

Salary: 50000 - 60000 INR Per month
