Within our Guest & Host organization is the Communication and Connectivity team. This role will focus on one area in our connectivity branch, which is responsible for evolving our integration platform to connect 3rd party property management systems at scale.

The Difference You Will Make:

• Lead the evolution of a world-class supply integration platform to take the third-party supply ecosystem to a new level
• Set the third-party supply growth strategy and technical roadmap in collaboration with the cross-functional leadership team
• Set the technical and AI strategy for the platform, staying at the forefront of technology to improve its capability, efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing people and technical leadership across multiple projects
• Partner with cross-functional leaders as the senior technical voice, aligning priorities and driving delivery

A Typical Day:

• As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be highly cross functional and partner with senior leadership across Data Science, Product, and our Business Development teams to align strategies, define multi-year technical roadmaps, set and execute on iterative milestones.
• Work directly with business and third-party partners to select the right partnerships, deliver high-quality integrations, and ensure the continuous reliability and performance of each partner
• Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration skills.

Your Expertise:

• 12+ years of overall engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team in a fast paced, high growth tech environment
• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience navigating many internal partners across multiple teams, driving the strategy and alignment to move the business forward. This includes navigating dependencies, competing priorities, and demonstrating curiosity while providing direction
• Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale with a great impact
• Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles
• Technical leadership: hands on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction and strategy, and working cross functionally with Product and Data Science teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Examples of working across teams, influencing others, assessing the tradeoffs of different approaches,  and communicating technical initiatives to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Nice to have: Experience with designing and building external facing APIs and AI Agent Integration

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Pay Range

$248,000—$310,000 USD
