- Partner with Field SE Management, Sales Enablement, and Recruiting to onboard, develop, and deploy ASE graduates into the right field roles across segments.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to keep training current on product capabilities and competitive differentiators.
- Track program health, graduation outcomes, and post-deployment performance, using feedback from field leaders and ASE graduates to strengthen the program.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Ability to work in office.
- Proven background as an individual contributor Solutions Engineer with a track record of success in technical selling of complex SaaS, platform, and/or IoT/AI/ML solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical sales training, bootcamps, or structured mentorship programs; experience improving established programs is highly valued.
- A strong passion for developing early-in-career talent, with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback and foster rapid skill development.
- Expertise in SE and value-based selling frameworks, such as MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, and Great Demo!
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; must be a compelling and engaging instructor and trainer.
