Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud Managed Services team. This is a senior, customer‑facing role suited to an experienced reporting professional with over 10 years of Oracle Reporting including 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting and analytics.The role focuses on the ongoing support, enhancement, and strategic evolution of Oracle Fusion reporting solutions. You will act as a trusted SME for customers, owning reporting delivery across Finance, HCM, Procurement, and SCM modules while ensuring stability, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement within a managed services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L3-level functional and technical reporting support for Oracle Fusion Cloud in a managed services settingHands-on development and support of reports and analytics using:OTBIBI Publisher (BIP)BICCLead the design and execution of reporting strategies, ensuring:Data accuracy and reconciliationPerformance optimisationAlignment with customer and business objectivesDefine reporting roadmaps and establish best practices and standards for analytics delivery across clientsWork closely with functional and technical teams to produce detailed reporting specifications, including:Data sources and subject areasFilters, layouts, and KPIsSecurity and data access rulesActively manage stakeholder relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and expectation managementIdentify, assess, and mitigate reporting and data-related risks, proactively addressing dependencies and potential issuesInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, refresh failures, and performance issuesImplement robust validation, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure reporting accuracy and consistencySupport period-end, statutory, and regulatory reporting cycles, including month-end and year-end activitiesOwn and maintain comprehensive reporting documentation, including:Report specificationsTest plansData definitionsSecurity and governance guidelinesProvide leadership to the reporting delivery team, promoting continuous improvement and reporting excellenceManage reporting-related incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processesSupport customer transitions into managed services following Oracle Fusion implementations or vendor exitQualificationsEssential SkillsExtensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting in production / managed services environmentsStrong hands-on expertise in:OTBIBI Publisher (BIP)Good understanding of Oracle ERP and HCM functional processes, including Finance, HCM, Procurement, and SCM domainsStrong knowledge of background technical data dictionaries, table structures, relationships, and subject areas across ERP and HCM modulesAdvanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL concepts, including data analysis, validation, and reconciliationExperience designing scalable, high‑performance reporting solutionsStrong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance requirements in cloud reporting environmentsAbility to translate functional reporting needs into supportable, reusable technical solutionsStrong working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change managementExcellent stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skillsComfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced managed services environment, adapting to changing prioritiesDesirable SkillsExperience with:OBIEE / OBIASmart ViewExposure to statutory and regulatory reportingUnderstanding of Oracle Fusion security roles and data access controlsOracle Fusion Reporting / Analytics Cloud certificationsWillingness and flexibility to support new technologies and evolving analytics approachesAdditional Information Why Version 1?
