About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .NET Full Stack Senior Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable web applications using modern Microsoft technologies, with expertise in both backend and frontend development. This role requires hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core, modern front-end frameworks, REST APIs, database design, cloud deployment and modern software architecture principles, along with strong mentoring and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand and define application requirements

• Analyze system requirements and contribute to solution design and technical architecture

• Develop detailed technical specifications and project documentation

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using ASP.NET Core 8 and related technologies

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices

• Develop responsive user interfaces using Blazor, Razor, JavaScript, and Angular

• Review, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications

• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing

• Maintain software documentation and operational procedures

• Participate in Agile development processes and sprint activities

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and enforce coding standards.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.

• Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps best practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 6+.
• Solid experience with Web API, RESTful services, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Strong front-end experience with Blazor/Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design/optimization.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on with Azure/AWS, containerization (Docker), and orchestration concepts.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and caching (Redis).
• Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP).
• Prior experience in leading modules/teams in enterprise projects.
• Relevant Microsoft/Azure certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
