About CodeRabbit
CodeRabbit is the leading AI code review platform, trusted by more than 17,000 customers and 150,000 open-source projects, conducting over 2 million code reviews each week. We build the symbiotic partnership between developers and AI that makes shipping fast software safe again, reviewing every pull request, IDE change, and CLI commit so teams can move quickly without breaking things.
We are a fast-moving, well-funded company, fresh off a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation — building Agentic Change Management, the control layer for software changes created by humans and agents. As AI writes more of the world's code, the bottleneck moves from implementation to judgment and helping human judgment scale is exactly the problem we exist to solve.
Senior/Staff Product Marketing Manager
CodeRabbit helps engineering teams understand, verify, govern, and ship code; whether the change starts in a pull request, an IDE, a terminal, or an agent workflow. We're hiring a Senior/Staff Product Marketing Manager to own the market story for the full CodeRabbit portfolio: Pull Request Reviews, IDE and CLI Reviews, CodeRabbit Security, Change Stack, platform integrations, and agentic change-management workflows.
This is a senior individual-contributor role. You'll set the narrative architecture that makes a growing suite understandable to developers, technical leaders, security teams, and enterprise buyers, and make sure the story holds up in the product, the field, and in customer conversations.
What you'll do
-
Lead integrated launches from insight through adoption: message architecture, audience strategy, sales readiness, campaigns, customer education, and post-launch learning.
-
Own portfolio positioning, messaging, personas, and go-to-market strategy. Define how each product earns its place in a single CodeRabbit story.
-
Translate product behavior into clear customer value across reviews, code context, tickets, policies, security findings, and agent-driven change workflows.
-
Lead integrated launches from insight through adoption: message architecture, audience strategy, sales readiness, campaigns, customer education, and post-launch learning.
-
Build the field system behind the story: pitches, demos, evaluation guides, competitive guidance, objection handling, executive materials, and proof for technical buyers.
-
Partner with customers and internal teams to develop credible case studies, benchmarks, usage stories, and evidence that can travel across products and buying stages.
-
Turn competitive analysis into product and GTM decisions, especially around review quality, security, governance, developer trust, and AI-code adoption.
-
Bring structured market and field feedback to Product. Identify recurring friction, missing capabilities, and places where product experience and product story diverge.
-
Raise the standard for technical marketing through hands-on writing, editing, and cross-functional leadership. Mentor other marketers without needing direct-report authority.
What you'll bring
-
5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in developer tools, security, infrastructure, AI, or another technical market.
-
A record of leading complex, multi-product launches and changing how customers understand a category or product suite.
-
Technical fluency and credibility with engineers, product leaders, security teams, and developer audiences.
-
Experience supporting both product-led growth and enterprise sales, including trials, evaluations, customer proof, and executive buying conversations.
-
Excellent writing and editorial judgment, with an instinct for claims that need evidence.
-
A rigorous approach to qualitative customer insight and quantitative product or commercial signals.
-
The ability to turn ambiguity into decisions and bring cross-functional partners with you.
What success looks like
CodeRabbit has a durable, evidence-backed portfolio narrative that customers and teams can use without translating it for themselves. Each launch reinforces the wider product story. Sales and Customer Success can choose the right proof for reviews, governance, security, local development, and agent workflows. Product gets sharper market feedback, and CodeRabbit's message matches the work engineering teams are actually trying to move forward.
Target salary for the role is $200k-$290k. Actual salary will be based on skills, experience, and location.
