Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and fast-moving Senior Video Editor to lead the production of high-quality video content across our brands, products, and internal initiatives. This role goes beyond editing— you will help transform ideas into engaging visual stories that educate, inspire, and drive business growth, often working across multiple projects at once with tight deadlines. You will work closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to create content for websites, product launches, training programs, social media, recruiting campaigns, and client marketing.

We're building an AI-first Marketing Department, so experience with modern AI-assisted creative workflows is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities — Video Production

• Edit high-quality promotional, educational, and product videos. • Produce product demos and feature walkthroughs. • Create customer success stories and case study videos. • Develop engaging social media content. • Produce internal and employer branding videos. • Create internal training videos and onboarding content.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design and animate titles, transitions, icons, and infographics. • Create animated product explainers. • Develop branded intro and outro sequences. • Produce logo animations and motion assets.

Creative Storytelling

• Transform scripts into compelling visual narratives. • Recommend pacing, music, graphics, and visual effects to improve engagement. • Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and communication goals.

AI-Assisted Video Production

Leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality throughout the production process.

Asset Management

• Organize video files and project assets. • Maintain version control and follow company naming conventions. • Ensure project files are easy for the team to locate and reuse. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Edit assigned video projects efficiently and on schedule. • Attend project briefings. • Collaborate with designers and copywriters. • Review feedback and implement revisions quickly. • Export videos for multiple platforms. • Upload final assets to the appropriate repositories. • Update project progress in project tracking tools. Required Skills

• Professional video editing with strong speed — able to turn around high-quality work quickly without sacrificing craft. • Motion graphics and animation principles. • Visual storytelling and pacing. • Sound editing and color correction. • Creative problem-solving. • Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects at once. • Strong communication and attention to detail. Tools & Technologies

Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Figma (basic understanding), Canva AI Tools (Preferred)

Experience with one or more of: ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Canva AI, Veo or similar AI video generation tools. Experience Required

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a demonstrated ability to work at speed and high volume. • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of work, including product videos, explainer videos, corporate videos, social media content, and motion graphics. Portfolio Requirements Please include examples of: product demonstrations, motion graphics, brand videos, social media campaigns, training or educational content, and before-and-after editing examples (if available).
