Strong ServiceNow platform engineering experience. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows. • Experience supporting IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations functions. • Ability to build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent. • Experience implementing AI governance controls and compliance guardrails. • ServiceNow configuration and development using platform-native capabilities. • Experience building reusable automation components and supporting SDK/source-controlled development. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborative approach working across Risk, Compliance, Security, and IT teams. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with a blend of ServiceNow expertise, enterprise risk management knowledge, workflow automation experience, and exposure to Generative AI/Now Assist implementations will be highly preferred.
