About Mavria

America invented artificial intelligence. Now we have to industrialize it.

AI runs on power, data centers, factories, equipment, supply chains, skilled labor, and the communities that host all of it. That physical layer now sets the limit on how far and how fast AI can scale, and whoever builds it fastest will lead the next industrial era.

Mavria is a strategic infrastructure company built for the intelligence age. We turn bottlenecks into products and systems we can build again and again, starting with Terrain, our manufactured data center platform. We move fast, and we believe infrastructure should leave the places that host it stronger.

We hire people who want to build the physical foundation of the AI era. If that is you, apply.

How we build

  • Reality wins. Physics, equipment, contracts, and schedules don't care about our narrative. Start with what is actually true. Surface bad news early. Never manufacture certainty.

  • Own the bottleneck. Find the thing slowing everyone down and make it yours until it's gone, whether or not it's in your job description.

  • Speed compounds. Fast once is heroics. Fast every time is a system. Make every project leave behind a better standard, supplier, process, or playbook for the next one.

  • Earn the megawatt. Earn the power and trust our projects require by leaving every community stronger than we found it.

  • Industrial patriotism. Build American industrial capacity. Strengthen the factories, suppliers, skilled trades, and infrastructure the country needs to win.

Role scope

  • Work the deal from capacity to close. Take each opportunity from identified power capacity through site control, project financing, and closing. This is the core of the role.

  • Evaluate and categorize sites. Sort opportunities by power and time to energize, fiber, water, zoning, and counterparty quality. Run them against our diligence checklist, put your time into the ones that can close, and drop the rest quickly.

  • Sign Contracts. Negotiate and sign land purchases, leases, options, and host agreements, choosing the structure that fits each site and protects Mavria's capital.

  • Work both sides of the table. Build trust with landowners and private landlords, and negotiate with utilities, municipalities, counties, and economic development groups, including contracts with municipalities where a site calls for one.

  • Bring every party to close. Identify everyone with a stake in a deal, understand what each of them needs, and keep them all moving toward signing: owners, lenders, utilities, local officials, attorneys, and our own engineering and finance teams.

  • Keep the pipeline honest. Track every site and conversation in our CRM so leadership always knows what is real, what is close, and what is dead.

  • Get out to the sites. Expect time on the road walking sites and meeting owners, utilities, and local officials.

What we're looking for

Treat this list as a guide. Great people rarely check every box, so if you see yourself in most of it, apply and tell us what you would bring to the role.

  • Houston preferred. We will consider remote candidates in the US who can travel frequently.

  • You have 3+ years in land acquisition, site acquisition, real estate, or project development, ideally for energy, data center, industrial, or telecom projects.

  • You have negotiated and closed land purchases, leases, and option agreements directly with owners.

  • You have worked a deal through financing and closing, and you know what it actually takes to get there.

  • You can identify every party in a deal and what each one needs before it will sign.

  • You can run a sales process with multiple parties who see the deal differently, and keep all of them moving.

  • You are as effective with a landowner as you are across the table from a utility, city council, or county commission.

  • You can evaluate a site quickly and see what makes it work for power, access, and permitting before the engineers get involved.

  • Bonus: Site acquisition for data centers, solar, wind, battery storage, or crypto mining. Contracts or development agreements with municipalities or economic development authorities. Working knowledge of utility service and interconnection. Texas land experience, a real estate license, or a landman background.

Benefits
