About the Role

Synthio is looking for Solutions Engineers with strong engineering backgrounds who are exceptional at working with customers. You will work directly with leading pharmaceutical companies to understand complex workflows, design AI-powered solutions, prototype them with customers, and help take them into production. You will sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, product, and AI.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with pharma customers to understand workflows, technical environments, data, and business requirements.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Design solutions using Synthio's AI products, APIs, data infrastructure, and integrations.
• Build prototypes, integrations, scripts, data workflows, and lightweight applications when needed.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, demos, pilots, and implementation workshops.
• Work with customer engineering, security, infrastructure, data, and business teams to move deployments forward.
• Debug integration and deployment issues across APIs, data, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and AI behavior.
• Bring recurring customer needs back to product and engineering to improve reusable platform capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience across software engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.
• Prior hands-on software engineering experience with strong Python and API fundamentals.
• Comfort working with LLMs and modern AI application architectures.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
• Exceptional customer communication and the ability to build credibility with engineers and executives.
• Ability to turn loosely defined requirements into concrete technical decisions.
• Strong product judgment and high ownership in fast-moving enterprise environments

Strong Plus

• Experience deploying developer-facing or enterprise AI products.
• Pharma, healthcare, or life sciences experience.
• Experience with enterprise security, SSO, cloud architecture, or regulated deployments.
• Experience with voice AI or conversational applications
