Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst, Rebate Execution serves within the Revenue Operations Team, owning the end-to-end execution, governance, and continuous improvement of rebate operations. This role independently manages rebate contracts from setup and contract loads in JD Edwards (JDE) through rebate calculations, credits and payments, tracking, reconciliation, and compliance. The Sr. Analyst serves as an escalation point for complex rebate issues and partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution while identifying opportunities to improve controls, processes, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of rebate contracts, including contract review, setup, amendments, maintenance, expiration, and closeout.
• Execute and maintain rebate contract loads within JD Edwards (JDE), ensuring rates, effective dates, eligibility criteria, tiers, products, and other contract terms are accurately configured.
• Manage vendor setup and master data requirements needed to support rebate processing, payments, and related transactions.
• Calculate rebates accurately and timely in accordance with contractual terms, eligible sales, claims, and applicable program requirements.
• Own the rebate credit and payment process, including validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, and coordination with Finance and other stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate rebate tracking, including contract status, key dates, earned amounts, credits, payments, outstanding items, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for rebate discrepancies, system issues, calculation questions, and complex contractual or transactional challenges.
• Lead rebate audits, data quality reviews, reconciliations, and compliance checks to proactively identify errors, financial risk, missed obligations, and potential rebate leakage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across rebate workflows, controls, reporting, and system functionality to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.
• Act as a trusted operational partner to Strategic Pricing, Finance, Corporate Accounts, IT, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams involved in rebate administration.
• Develop advanced rebate analyses and reporting to support decision-making, financial performance management, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing or systems software, or a related field, preferably within a medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant JDE certification is a plus. Combined education and experience will be considered.
