Position: Sr. Full Stack Engineer Experience: 8+ Years Work Location: Remote Work hours requirements: Standard Coverage: Available during US business hours until 1:00 PM ET. Extended Coverage: Must be available until 5:00 PM ET when the Engineering Lead is out of office - 3 to 4 (non-consecutive) weeks per year. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work independently, deliver high-quality solutions, and collaborate effectively across time zones with our US-based teams. Required Technical Skills: Core Programming & Frameworks Python: Advanced proficiency with modern frameworks (Flask, FAST API) and best practices. JavaScript: Strong expertise in ES6+ and modern JavaScript development. React: Extensive experience building scalable, performant front-end applications. Infrastructure & DevOps AWS: Hands-on experience with core AWS services (EKS, S3, RDS, etc.). Docker: Proficient in containerization and Docker best practices. EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service): Experience deploying and managing containerized applications RDBMS: Strong knowledge of relational database design, optimization, and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, and React. Build and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS. Implement containerized solutions using Docker and manage deployments on EKS. Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones. Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Document technical solutions and maintain clear communication with the team. Working Hours Requirements Standard Coverage: Available during US business hours until 1:00 PM ET. Qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience. Proven track record of delivering full-stack applications in production environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working with distributed teams across time zones. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Knowledge of security best practices for cloud applications Previous experience in financial services or enterprise environments
