Position Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team.  In this role, you will provide remote end-user support for Bridgenext clients in Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting end-users with drive mapping, logins, application access
• Applications support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive)
• General troubleshooting in corporate enterprise environments
• Resolving users issues in an efficient and professional manner

Workplace:  Providing support between the hours of 3AM ET until 12PM ET, adjusted during Daily Savings Time period

Must Have Skills:

• Proficient in using ITSM sytems such as: ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira and others
• Skilled in the use of RMM (Remote Monitoring Management) tools
• Working experience with Microsoft Intune
• At least 2 years support experience working with Microsoft M365
• Minumum of 2 year Associates Degree in IT/MIS or simular disicpline or equivalent working experience of at least 5 years
