As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Build scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components using ASP.NET Core and C#. Develop and enhance enterprise applications using the .NET Framework while supporting modernization initiatives. Integrate internal and third-party systems using web services, APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware technologies. Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for enterprise applications. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution design sessions. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across development teams. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and successful deployment of applications. Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation and release management. Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and system design documents. Required SkillsMust-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework. Expertise in ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications and APIs. Advanced proficiency in C# programming. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Experience building REST APIs and service-oriented architectures. Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware concepts. Experience working with Git and modern software development practices. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. Good-to-Have Skills Experience in Enterprise Application Development. Hands-on experience as a .NET Integration Developer working with enterprise integration platforms. Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience integrating ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications. Exposure to Azure services, cloud-native development, or hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–14 years of professional software development experience using Microsoft technologies. Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
