Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into design solutions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design choices.

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience.

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement design solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).

• User-Centered Approach: Ability to create designs with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

• Collaboration Skills: Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating design concepts.

• Attention to Detail: Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.

• Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving complex design challenges.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with prototyping and animation tools.

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

• Experience designing for accessibility and responsive design.
