About the Role

Syscort is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with the Founder & CEO and translate the company's vision into a structured, scalable and executable business plan.

This is a hands-on strategy + execution role covering organization design, business operations, GTM, hiring, processes and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Founder vision into strategic priorities and 90/180-day execution plans.
• Design organization structure, operating model, reporting lines and accountability.
• Develop headcount plans, hiring priorities and workforce budgets.
• Define roles, KPIs, decision rights and management cadence.
• Design and improve business workflows, SOPs and operating processes.
• Support GTM, business-unit strategy, market expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Improve coordination across Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR and Operations.
• Build management dashboards and business-performance reviews.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive initiatives from problem → solution → implementation.
• Help reduce Founder dependency on day-to-day operations and build a scalable operating system.

Ideal Candidate

• 5–10 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Transformation or Founder’s Office.
• MBA from IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI or equivalent preferred.
• Candidates with experience at leading consulting or high-growth technology companies are strongly preferred.
• Relevant backgrounds may include McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, Zomato, Swiggy, Razorpay, PhonePe, Meesho or similar organizations.
• Experience in organization design, operating model, GTM, transformation or business scaling is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founders/CXOs in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives.
