The Core Operations team at Glassdoor drives high-impact strategy, analytics, and execution across the business. Serving as a strategic partner to grow both B2C and B2B monetization, this role will develop deep expertise in Glassdoor’s Employer Branding Product suite to help set strategic priorities, evaluate feasibility, and accelerate revenue opportunities. Crucially, it will unlock the our unit economics playbook by bridging product engagement with revenue, owning the LTV model and executive dashboards to directly guide investment decisions.

Working alongside leadership, the role will translate complex data into actionable strategy while steering ambiguous, high-impact initiatives like Weekly Active User (WAU) valuation and ongoing special projects. Acting as a trusted thought partner across business units, it drives cross-functional clarity by owning operating cadences and executive communications, delivering regular performance updates to keep key stakeholders aligned around critical monetization goals.

Who you are

• Develop and establish corporate planning strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with partner teams on financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning initiatives through involved project management.
• Partner with senior management to define business priorities and key results.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for executive leadership and key partners.
• Monitor business performance and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional teams in developing and executing corporate planning initiatives and projects.
• Continuously assess and refine planning methodologies to align with evolving business needs.

Who we are

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience
• Experience with strategic or corporate planning at a technology company.
• Exceptional project management skills, with relevant qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma.
• Technical skills including financial modeling and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana).
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying strategic insights to senior executives verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights (e.g., SQL, T-SQL, Tableau).
