Amplify is seeking a passionate and learner-centered Training and Enablement Intern to join our team this summer and help us design, develop, and deliver the training programs, enablement resources, and learning experiences that empower the educators, administrators, and internal teams who bring our innovative educational products to life. This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers.
If you're comfortable with instructional design, adult learning principles, and content development, and you're genuinely curious about how effective training drives performance and adoption, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate will love digging into complex information, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help shape training infrastructure that moves the needle for K–12 learners.
Though remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship.
While our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 – August 13, 2027.
