Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hiring practices in a fast-paced tech environment and an opportunity to build strong foundations in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers
• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide administrative support to the HR/TA team as required

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment tools
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Keen interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Stipend & Duration

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Mode: Remote (Work from anywhere in India) - 7-8 hours per day
• Duration: One week trial and then 3 to 6 months
