About the Role
We're a Y Combinator–backed marketing AI startup automating a massive and underserved market — beginning with SEO and AI search optimization. Our platform helps fast-growing B2B startups cut through noise and drive measurable, compounding organic growth using autonomous agents for strategy, content, backlinks, and ads.
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the primary bridge between our clients and our product — helping Series A–C startups get maximum value from our platform and achieve tangible growth outcomes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a small, fast-moving team in SoHo, NYC.
What You'll Do

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, driving platform adoption and measurable growth outcomes.

Onboard new customers and coach them on best practices to optimize their marketing ROI.

Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with product and engineering to deliver solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to resolve issues and ensure clients realize value quickly.

Monitor key success metrics across your book of accounts and provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve results.
What We're Looking For
Required:

Experience working at a fast-growth startup with a track record of delivering measurable wins for customers.

Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation tools, data workflows, and integrations.

Proven ability to onboard and coach customers toward platform adoption and ROI optimization.

Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements and coordinate effectively with engineering and product teams.

Experience tracking success metrics and providing data-driven strategic recommendations.

Impeccable communication and writing skills — clear, persuasive, and precise in every client interaction.

High IQ and high EQ; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment without hand-holding.

Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent problem-solving capability — you enjoy rolling up your sleeves on tough technical challenges.
Nice to Have:
- Industry experience in marketing services, SEO, or AI-driven search (AEO).
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 – $122,000 per year
