About Clinically AI

Clinically AI is a rapidly scaling healthcare AI company transforming how behavioral health and healthcare organizations manage clinical documentation, compliance workflows, chart auditing, and operational efficiency through artificial intelligence.

Our platform helps clinicians, compliance teams, administrators, and healthcare organizations reduce administrative burden, improve documentation quality, strengthen audit readiness, and operate more efficiently. We operate at the intersection of AI, healthcare operations, workflow design, and real-world clinical execution, where adoption, trust, usability, and measurable outcomes matter.

The Opportunity

We are seeking multiple Territory Directors to lead regional market expansion across the West, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions.

This is a consultative, hands-on sales role focused on building regional market presence and developing strategic customer relationships. Territory Directors independently conduct sophisticated product demonstrations and help healthcare organizations operationalize AI inside complex clinical and compliance-driven environments.

Customers weigh whether AI can safely and realistically integrate into highly operational healthcare settings, where documentation quality, reimbursement integrity, clinician burnout, compliance exposure, audit defensibility, and workflow efficiency directly impact organizational sustainability. Territory Directors need to be fluent in the Clinically AI platform, behavioral health workflows, AI-assisted documentation, and compliance operations, and comfortable leading these conversations independently — with executives, compliance leaders, IT teams, and frontline clinicians alike.

Each territory operates with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. We treat territory development as a long-term market-building effort, and the role functions more like operating and scaling a regional business unit than managing a sales pipeline.

What You'll Own

  • Lead demos independently. Run end-to-end platform demonstrations that connect AI capabilities to real-world clinical, compliance, and operational challenges — AI-assisted documentation, ambient listening workflows, chart auditing, EHR workflows, reimbursement risk reduction, and broader AI adoption.

  • Run operational discovery. Lead discovery conversations and tailor demos to each organization's workflows, documentation processes, and stakeholders.

  • Translate AI into outcomes. Explain complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, helping customers see how the platform improves documentation quality, compliance readiness, and clinician time.

  • Own your territory. Drive pipeline development, customer acquisition, executive relationships, and strategic expansion as the primary commercial owner of your region.

  • Shape territory strategy. Over time, help shape regional support structures and contribute to scaling strategy as market penetration increases.

What We're Looking For

  • Ownership Mentality. You operate with accountability and initiative, treating your territory like a business rather than simply managing a pipeline.

  • Relationship-Driven Commercial Leadership. You build long-term trust with executives, operators, clinicians, and compliance leaders in complex healthcare environments.

  • Consultative & Operational Selling. You know customers are evaluating workflow transformation and compliance risk reduction, not just software features.

  • Independent Demonstration Leadership. You're comfortable leading sophisticated platform demos and operational discovery sessions on your own.

  • Executive Communication. You communicate clearly across healthcare executives, operational leaders, IT teams, and clinicians.

  • AI-Native Thinking. You actively use AI tools in your own workflow and understand how AI improves operational efficiency.

  • Resilience in Ambiguity. You operate effectively where priorities shift quickly and structure is still being built.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, behavioral health, or enterprise B2B sales environments.

  • Demonstrated experience owning pipeline generation, customer acquisition, or strategic account/territory growth.

  • Demonstrated experience independently conducting workflow-oriented software demonstrations and live customer evaluations without reliance on dedicated solutions engineering support.

  • Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory for customer meetings, conferences, and relationship development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into behavioral health, community mental health, nonprofit healthcare, Medicaid-funded, or regulated healthcare environments.

  • Experience selling workflow, compliance, documentation, or healthcare technology solutions.

  • Startup or early-stage company experience, including opening or scaling new geographic markets.

  • Existing relationships within behavioral health or healthcare provider networks.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 + Commission (based on experience, market expertise, and scope alignment)

Actual compensation will depend on experience, territory scope, and overall alignment with the role. We offer competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, healthcare coverage, and flexible time off.

Equal Employment Opportunity

Clinically AI provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetics, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
