Your Role

The role owns the end-to-end shaping, mobilisation and delivery of enterprise transformation – process reengineering, operating model change, digital and data platforms, and the change management that makes the new way of working stick – with accountability for measurable business value, not go-live sign-off.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Stakeholder leadership and CXO communication: operate as the single point of confidence for the CEO/CXO group. Brief leadership with clarity, candour and a clear ask; report honestly including bad news; and hold alignment across function heads, plant and market leadership, finance, procurement, HR and partner executives who do not report to you. Surface resistance early and distinguish genuine business objection from turf protection.
• Program shaping and value ownership – convert leadership intent into a sequenced roadmap, funding envelope and defensible business case; stay accountable for benefit realisation well beyond deployment
• Multi-vendor ecosystem leadership – run consortia of consultants, system integrators, OEMs and specialist partners under different commercial constructs. Own RFP to award, SOW/NFA, SLA and penalty frameworks, milestone-linked invoicing and change control. Eliminate seams between vendors, hold each to outcomes rather than effort, and act decisively – including descoping or exiting a non-performer mid-program
• A****doption, not just deployment – define adoption metrics up front and be judged on them: usage, process compliance, data quality, cycle time and cost outcomes after go-live. Own the change architecture – communication, leadership cascades, champion networks, training, hypercare and sustainment & Governance and financial control – run a disciplined review rhythm with owner-and-date closure; control budgets, phased fund release, commitment-versus-spend and forecast-at-completion; enforce a single source of truth and auditable decision trails

Your Profile

• 14–20 years overall, with at least two enterprise transformation programs personally led end to end – typically ₹100 crore+ in value, 18–36 months, enterprise-wide impact & Five or more delivery partners running concurrently, with ownership of the commercial and performance relationship.
• Sustained exposure to CXO and board forums – not through a sponsor, but as the person in the room answering the questions & Delivery across multiple cultures – multi-country, post-merger integration, or a genuinely diverse multi-state Indian footprint spanning corporate, plant and field
• Scope extending well beyond IT – process, organisation, commercial and behavioural change explicitly owned & Accountability for a business number – cost, working capital, cycle time, service level or revenue – with evidence of delivered versus promised
• A program taken through serious trouble – a failing vendor, slipped go-live, funding freeze or organised pushback – with a candid account of the recovery
