About the Opportunity

We are looking for organized, motivated individuals who enjoy researching destinations, working with customers, and bringing vacation ideas together. As a Vacation Planning Associate, you will help clients sort through available choices and coordinate the details for vacations that match their interests, timeframe, and budget.

Planning requests can include all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, tours, special occasions, and international destinations.

What You'll Do

Learn about each client's vacation goals, preferred dates, budget, and interests
Research destinations and experiences based on individual requests
Locate suitable hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
Review available options and identify choices that meet client priorities
Prepare vacation recommendations and explain relevant details
Help clients select services that fit their plans
Coordinate requested arrangements through approved supplier resources
Check traveler names, dates, and reservation information for accuracy
Organize confirmations and other important vacation details
Monitor deposits, final balances, and planning deadlines
Follow up on pending client decisions or required information
Provide updates as arrangements are completed
Assist with general questions and routine reservation changes
Maintain accurate client and planning records
Continue building destination and supplier knowledge

Self-motivated and open to continued learning
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Australia or another qualifying regions
